MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Prefer a minimum of three years of proven sales experience, particularly in supporting technical product sales.
Travel: travel as needed…up to 25%
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical. concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to manage high levels of sales activities including, but not limited to client touches, customer meetings, effectively attending networking events.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
·Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Develops and executes a strategic sales plan to achieve product sales targets.
· Analyzes data gathered through the organization to determine sales potential, industry segments to focus on and fast growth areas to maximize sales opportunities and achieves maximum market penetration and attains the company’s sales growth and order intake objectives.
· Prospects and engages with potential partners to expand the customer base.
· Provides technical guidance and product knowledge to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and how they align with client needs.
· Prepares and implements market strategies that are in line with Barts Electric’s strategic plan and long-range forecasting sales model.
· Prepares and delivers compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Negotiates contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
· Collaborates with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insights for continuous improvement.
· Performs other duties as required.
